Returns must meet all applicable criteria
Here our return policy and return procedures:
In order to return a product that is returnable an RMA number must be issued from our customer service team which can be reached via our customer support service line at 1-732-272-0078. Please be sure to send back your return with a trackable shipping method and keep record of your tracking information.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse a refund will be issued to your account within 1-2 business days Refunds are only issued to the original form of payment .Please note the refund might take a few days to post with your financial institution once we issue it.
Special order products cannot be returned
Extended warranties can only be cancelled or voided within 24 hours of purchase, after that we cannot cancel them because they have already been registered
Projectors are final sale and not returnable unless psyscially damaged on arrival.
There are no returns allowed on accessories such as a wall mmounts, cables, surge protectors etc.
All returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging
We will pay for the return shipping expenses only if item is defective . If not defective you will be charged a 10 percent restocking fee.
Projector Return Policy
All Projectors are final sale and are only returnable to us within 7 days of receipt if it arrives physically damaged.
If your projector arrives physically damaged please contact us right away to set up an exchange. If you contact us after 7 days of receipt of the projector we will not be able to exchange the unit.
If projector is defective you must contact the manufacturer so that they can repair or replace the unit for you. Our customer support team would be happy to assist you in setting up a service ticket with the manufacturer.
If you refuse the shipment of a projector you will be responsible for a 10 percent restocking fee as well as shipping both ways.
Television Return Policy
At delivery customer or consignee must inspect the merchandise for damage or defect before signing delivery manifest.
Accepting and signing for delivery of the TV indicates you or a consignee have inspected the merchandise, its contents have matched your online or phone order and there is no physical damage or defect.
If your package appears damaged upon receipt or does not fit your needs or if for any reason you changed your mind then simply refuse the shipment and notate damages or refusal on delivery manifest..
Once the order has been inspected and signed for by you or consignee you are acknowledging the order to be as described to you at the time of purchase and that there are no defects or damages
Once the television is signed for and accepted in good condition there are NO returns or price adjustments
Once the TV is signed for and accepted we can no longer file a damage claim with the shipper so therefore it is very important that you follow these return guidelines
All shipments are fully insured and rarely do any televisions get damaged in transit, however please inspect the delivery for damage while the shipper is there. You or consignee must sign the shippers manifest form to complete the delivery process. You or consignee signature acknowledges that you accept our return policy, and the TV meets your expectations, and you understand that you cannot return the TV once you or consignee sign for it
After delivery, if there is any defect you can contact the manufacturer directly for service
Shipping To a Freight Forwarder
If you are shipping your order to a freight forwarder, we are not liable or responsible for any damage once the forwarder receives and signs for the unit. All claims must be filed with your freight forwarder at that point forward
Refusal and Cancellation Policy
Once an order is shipped out we cannot cancel the order. If you for any reason you decide to cancel your order such as the order does not fit your needs or you changed your mind while the order is enroute to you please be sure to REFUSE shipment. DO NOT sign for it beacuse once you sign for it there are no returns .
If you are refusing or cancelling the delivery of an undamaged TV while enroute to you then you are responsible for a 10 percent restocking fee plus the shipping charges of $180.00 each way per unit . The shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
No cancellation is confirmed unless you receive an email from email@example.com to confirm the cancellation.
If the products you originally ordered are changed via phone with our sales representative during the order confirmation we will email you a new updated final invoice. Please review it carefully, to make sure you are fully satisfied and agree to the changes made, because once the order has been shipped there are no price adjustments or returns.
Accepting delivery means you are confirming any changes made to order if different from original invoice and accept the price and model changes as shown on invoice attached to product upon delivery.
