Only one promotion code can be used per order. Promotion codes cannot be redeemed for cash, and are subject to cancellation or change at any time.
The WIRE2P promotion is only applicable if you pay via bank check, postal money order or wire transfer
Most orders ship within 48-72 hours of when your credit card is billed. All orders are subject to verification for fraud. A member from our fraud and security team may contact you via phone or email to request more information. This is for our customers protection as well as ours. If our verification team cannot verify your order we then have the right to cancel your order, a notification will we sent informing you of this decision.
An order confirmation either electronic or paper receipt given to you through Cliffsdeals.com does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right to decline and cancel an order, or supply less than the quantity ordered at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we may refuse or cancel or decline any orders placed for an item in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. We will notify you of any cancellations via phone or email Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Shipping, Handling, and Insurance
Due to the high merchandise value and delicate nature of our products, all orders are subject to a shipping handling and insurance charge. If you plan on purchasing a TV 46'' or larger Please call for an insurance quote. Delivery is not insured and is a mandatory separate charged that will be calculated after checkout.
Once an order is billed we reserve the right to charge a processing fee if you cancel your order prior to shipping. The fees vary from 3%. These amounts will be deducted from your refund. If the products you originally ordered are changed via phone with our sales representative during the order confirmation we will email you a new updated final invoice. Please review it carefully, to make sure you are fully satisfied and agree to the changes made, once the order has been shipped there are no price adjustments. Accepting delivery means you are confirming any changes made to order if different from original invoice and accept the price and model changes as shown on invoice attached to product upon delivery. Once an order is shipped out we cannot cancel the order. If you are refusing or cancelling the delivery of an undamaged TV/Projector or appliance, while enroute to you then you are responsible for a 10 percent restocking fee plus the shipping charges for the unit both ways.
